I'm thrilled to announce my upcoming talk on one of my favorite subjects: Sedna, the Female Sea Spirit from Inuit Culture. This event has been a passion project of mine since 2021, and I'm excited to share it with you!

Who is Sedna?

Sedna, the first dwarf planet to be named outside the Greco-Roman tradition, carries a profound myth that deserves global recognition. In Inuit mythology, Sedna is the goddess and protector of the oceans and marine life. Beyond her aquatic dominion, she guides us on a spiritual journey toward wisdom, respect, and harmony with ourselves and our environment.

As Sedna approaches Earth for the first time since the Ice Age, she invites us to explore the depths of our spiritual selves and connect with her collective myth. Her recent ingress into the sign of Gemini urges us to recreate our world and reevaluate our relationship with technology, honoring the environment that sustains us.
